Shipping Information

Where we ship

Roof2Drain ships across Australia-wide, including metropolitan, regional and most remote locations. 

Shipping timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. 

Estimated delivery times: 

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days 
  • Regional areas: 4–8 business days 
  • Remote locations: Delivery times may vary 

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be impacted by courier delays, weather events or peak periods. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Delivery location 
  • Order size and weight 

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress. 

Delivery responsibility

Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Roof2Drain is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. 

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind returns

We understand plans change. 

If you change your mind, you may return unused Roof2Drain products within 30 days of delivery, provided that: 

  • Items are unused, uninstalled and in original condition 
  • Packaging is intact and resale-ready 
  • Proof of purchase is provided 

Change of mind returns are subject to the customer covering return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Once returned and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives: 

  • Faulty 
  • Damaged in transit 
  • Not as described 
  • Incorrectly supplied 

Please contact us as soon as possible with: 

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Supporting photos where applicable 

We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. 

Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to: 

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure 
  • Repair or replacement for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality 

A “major failure” includes products that: 

  • Are unsafe 
  • Are significantly different from their description 
  • Do not perform as reasonably expected 

These rights apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty or store policy. 

Installation & Usage Disclaimer

Roof2Drain is designed for DIY or professional installation. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to: 

  • Ensure the product is suitable for their roof type 
  • Follow installation instructions 
  • Use appropriate safety measures when installing 

We recommend professional installation for multi-storey buildings or where working at heights presents a risk.
